About the Opportunity

Central City Luxury Logistics LLC is seeking reliable and professional independent contractors to complete daily meal-kit home deliveries in the Boston area. This is a full-time contract position (7 AM start) offering consistent routes, weekly pay, and excellent earning potential for dependable drivers.

Position Details

Pay: $230 per completed route ($200 flat + $30 fuel allowance)
Schedule: 5–7 days per week (depending on volume)
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Average Route Duration: 5–8 hours
Stops: Up to 125 deliveries per route (meal kits to residential customers)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Payouts: Weekly on Fridays

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver pre-sorted meal boxes accurately and on time.
Handle packages with care — no throwing or dropping boxes.
Follow route sequence using the company-provided delivery app.
Communicate promptly with dispatch for route issues or delays.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company with excellent customer service.

Vehicle Requirement

Sprinter van required (medium-roof minimum, clean and presentable).

Insurance Requirements

Contractors must maintain active insurance coverage meeting the following minimums:

Auto Liability (Commercial Limits):
$300,000 combined single limit.
Cargo Insurance: 100,000, with 1,000 deductible
All auto, property, and cargo liability coverage must list ROLO as an additional insured, and list Central City luxury Logistics LLC as certificate holder.
Contractor must maintain active coverage at all times and provide an up-to-date certificate of insurance upon request.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Smartphone with data plan (for delivery app use).
Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs.
Punctual, dependable, and customer focused.
