Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Massachusetts Hoisting 2A license . The Loader Operator will play a vital role in supporting daily operations at our Precast facility.

Duties

Safely operate front end loader to load precast structures
Maintain the yard
Assist with the movement of concrete mixers and farm machinery on-site
Clear out the building as necessary
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
Coordinate with office staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely project progression
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and material movement

Qualifications

Massachusetts 2A Hoisting license
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience with precast a plus
Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations
Construction site experience is highly preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Knowledge of Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is a plus
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
