Position Overview
We’re searching for an experienced agricultural professional ready to make an impact. The tractor driver position requires safe operation of tractors and related machinery in an agricultural environment, performing tasks related to crop thinning, beneficial crop applications, and weed control. You will be tasked from time-to-time with light maintenance and equipment repair. You will work independently for long periods of time, and may be required to operate tractors on public roadways when traveling from one job site to another.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience driving tractors in fields, on farm roads, and on public roadways.
- Proficient knowledge of agricultural practices and etiquette.
- Experience operating tractors in combination with agricultural implements.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use tools and equipment proficiently.
- Ability to problem solve, diagnose technical problems efficiently, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Must have strong communication skills - written and verbal, to project a professional image of the company and our products.
- Self-motivated, team and results oriented with a strategic thinking mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and new technologies.

- Experience operating technologically advanced agricultural implements.
- Experience operating thinning and weeding implements.
- Experience working with engineering teams.

- Location: This position is seasonal and based out of Yuma, Arizona. Travel to the Imperial Valley or California may be required from time to time.
