Premiere Staffing Services Inc is currently seeking a skilled 2nd shift Loader Operator to join a dynamic team in a leading chemical fertilizing company dedicated to providing high-quality products to their customers. Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Loader Operator to manage the loading and unloading of materials in their facility on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate may hold a valid 2C MA Hydraulic license and have extensive experience in operating front-end loaders in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate front-end loaders to move and load materials.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a loader operator, preferably in a chemical or industrial environment.
- Experience operating front-end loaders and backhoe loaders.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the chemical fertilizing or similar industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Basic computer skills.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with the possibility of overtime.
- Industrial environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Physical demands include lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
