Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This position involves operating heavy machinery for snow removal across multiple Massachusetts locations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to respond promptly when called for snow events.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer safely and efficiently for snow removal and site clearing
- Respond to on-call snow events in a timely manner
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
- Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues immediately
- Work safely in all weather conditions and follow company safety guidelines
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of skid steer or heavy equipment operating experience required
- Hoisting license preferred, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to work flexible, on-call hours depending on weather conditions
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently
